Sam
I have over 32 years’ experience working as a School Teacher and Group Fitness Instructor. I was first drawn to Pilates over 20 years ago as a way to mindfully move my body whilst I addressed muscle imbalances from working with small children. I loved the calming effect it had on me so I decided to train as an Instructor. Since that initial introduction and witnessing the numerous benefits that Pilates has on my body I have continued to study the method including a recent upgrade to a Diploma of Clinical Pilates. I believe Pilates brings about changes in posture, body awareness, strength, flexibility and is a wonderful way to combat stress from the effects of modern day. I am a strong advocate for moving well and moving often setting yourself up for longevity. In 2025 I plan to continue my studies into Pelvic Health and functioning well into Menopause. Outside of the studio I really enjoy walking, gardening and Yoga

For the past seven years, I’ve been deeply dedicated to health and fitness. Whether it’s weight training, long walks, or any activity that boosts my well being, staying active has always been a priority. Three years ago, I discovered Pilates, which quickly became a passion and led me to complete my Reformer Teacher Training. This practice has completely reshaped my understanding of resistance and stability training, and I continue to find endless fulfilment in it.
Beyond fitness, I have a strong creative side and love exploring hobbies that allow me to express it, these include crocheting, painting, drawing, and even sewing my own clothes. I’m also an animal lover and feel most at peace when surrounded by nature, especially near the ocean

Irene
My name is Irene, I’m a qualified Matwork and Reformer Pilates instructor! I first fell in love with Pilates because of how it made me feel—strong, balanced, and totally in tune with my body, and now I’m passionate about helping others experience that same mind-body connection.
Outside of teaching, you’ll find me indulging my passion for home styling and interiors, sipping on a great coffee, or soaking up the outdoors with family and friends. I’m also a big believer in self growth, always looking at evolving and showing up as my best self.
Pilates isn’t just a workout for me—it’s a lifestyle that fuels confidence, connection, and joy. Let’s move, breathe, and grow together!

Georgia
I’ve always had a passion for health, fitness and helping people ever since I was young. My passion for pilates started a long time ago as someone who loved being physically active but was intimidated by the gym environment, pilates classes became a safe haven for me. It was a space where I was moving my body dynamically that both helped to improve my strength and flexibility whilst still challenging me, I saw both the physical and mental benefits and fell in love very quickly. Whilst studying myotherapy I decided to undergo my certification to become a pilates instructor feeling that the two complimented each other well and I was able to put my love for helping people into practice.
Outside of the studio, I also work as a sports trainer for a local football club as well as a Cake Decorator. I love cooking as well as baking, travelling, spending time outdoors, reading a good book and being with my family and friends.

The reason why I became a Pilates instructor was because as a Sports Therapist I was already seeing clients in the clinic due to dysfunction, and found that movement enabled clients to move more freely. Pilates caters to all age groups and those from varying levels of fitness to move freely but most importantly without pain. I love how strong and happy you feel after a session!
Besides Pilates, you will find me listening to pop culture podcasts, enjoying an iced matcha and spending time with my little daughter.

I’ve recently made the exciting decision to dive into the world of teaching Pilates, and it’s already been the most rewarding choice I’ve ever made! After being fortunate enough to travel the world learning about beautiful cultures and having spent most of my time nannying for wonderful children, I felt a career shift was on the horizon. It all clicked when I tried reformer Pilates for the first time — I instantly fell in love with how the exercises bring tranquility to the mind while leaving your legs shaking with strength! Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active with running, swimming, hiking, and of course, Pilates. I enjoy time spent with family and friends, and camping with long road trips. I love every moment spent outdoors, embracing adventures and seeking a bit of thrill along the way. I’m beyond excited to join Equip Pilates, to connect with familiar faces, and hear how Pilates has transformed their lives. Creating classes and sharing my passion for the practice is truly a dream come true.
